He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thurlow and Eva Clark, Homer, OK and Francis Ott, Ada. and wife Nikki, Konawa his mother, Joy Bohanon and husband Jan, Byng a sister, Jacqueline Clark, Ada nephews, Aaron and Michael Cooper, Ada and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Survivors include his children, Suzyrae Marie Clark, Monroe, Iowa, and Thurlow Wisdom Clark, Monroe, Iowa his father, Gene A.

Clark was a caregiver for disabled children and attended the Ada Baptist Temple. He married Cyndi Basham on Maat Ada, Oklahoma. He also attended a school for medical training in Des Moines, Iowa. He was born Februat Ada, Oklahoma to Gene A. Clark died Saturday, Maat a local hospital. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Dewayne Ott and Brother Harold Holt will officiate.
